RESPONSIBILITIES: 

REPRESENT DOT-ART, HANDLING THE DAY TO DAY SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE LIVERPOOL ART FAIR SITE - MANAGING RECEPTION DUTIES, BEING THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR VISITORS, PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS VISITORS MAY HAVE.

 

SUPPORT THE FINANCIAL OPERATIONS AT LIVERPOOL ART FAIR, NEGOTIATING PRICES AND PROCESSING SALES EITHER IN PERSON, VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE; SETTING UP PAYMENT INSTALMENTS, CASH AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSING.
 

ENGAGE WITH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PROMOTING SALES, SIGN-UPS, AND COMPETITIONS, COLLECTING VISITOR DATA TO WIDEN THE DOT-ART CUSTOMER DATABASE.

DELIVER DIGITAL MARKETING ACTIVITY ACROSS THE GALLERY’S SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS - CREATING ENGAGING AND DYNAMIC ONLINE CONTENT TO PROMOTE ARTWORK AND WORKSHOPS.

WRITE BLOG POSTS FOR A VARIETY OF AUDIENCES IN AN ACCESSIBLE AND NON-ACADEMIC CONTEXT.

SELECT & HANG WORK FROM THE LIVERPOOL ART FAIR COLLECTION, ASSISTING IN THE ONGOING CURATION OF ARTWORKS IN LIVERPOOL ART FAIR’S PURPOSE-BUILT GALLERY SPACE.

INSTALL AND DE-INSTALL ARTWORKS AS THEY SELL, WRAPPING ARTWORK AND UPDATING SALES RECORDS.

PROVIDE EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - FILING, KEEPING ACCURATE AND COMPREHENSIVE RECORDS OF ARTWORKS, AND COMPLETING PAPERWORK AND REPORTS TO A HIGH STANDARD.

DOT-ART - INDEPENDENT ART GALLERY AND CONSULTANCY SPECIALISING IN WORK BY LOCAL ARTISTS AND CREATIVES.
